ULAANBAATAR, August 10, 2009 – Oscar Mendoza has joined Frontier Securities as co-Chief Operating Officer.  Mr. Mendoza will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Frontier Securities and for setting and executing the global strategy for Frontier Securities offerings.

Mr. Mendoza, MBA graduate of International University of Japan, is a highly credentialed financial markets executive with years of experience. Most recently, he tested in large-scale Public Finance and Credit Analysis , oversaw the management of the $160 million fiscal budget and created a Fitch’s ‘AAA’, “AA-” bond package.
