According to leading mongolian news portal news.mn,” on July 6,2010 meeting of Economic Standing Committee of Parliament of Mongolia,after final reading of draft Parliament resolution on some issue in mining Tavantolgoi deposit it has been decided by majority to introduce it to united session of Parliament.
During discussions, Chairman of the Committee has said it is not possible to include criticism of MP J.Batsuuri (Dornogobi province, MPRP) who criticized that if all 35 thousand registered enterprises are to get Tavantolgoi shares that would be dependency from one mine. United session of Parliament is announced for 3pm Ulaanbaatar time, July 7, 2010.
First issue to be discussed by united session is draft resolution on Tavantolgoi and approval is expected.
Although Members of the Cabinet criticize that the Government draft has been changed 100 per cent two ruling parties Caucuses support it.”
