Сайн байцгаана уу,

Хүмүүс ярьж байна. -Оюун-Эрдэний гэрт амьдарч байгаа юм шиг. Ямар ч эрх чөлөө алга. Зурагт ч үзэх аргагүй боллоо гэж. Харин би Монголд хамгийн том ажил олгогч болсон гэнэ. Хаа сайгүй л төлбөртэй тороол, цулам, ботууд. Намайг яриад эхлэхээр "ир, шалгуул" гэж дайруулдаг болж. Би тэр тухай төгсгөлд нь хариу өгнөө. Энэ удаа гурван зүйлд төвлөрч хэдэн үг хэлье.

Нэг. Найман жилийн өмнө ямар байсан улс өнөөдөр ямар болов?

Өнгөрөгч 8 жилд хүмүүсийн амьдрал сайжрав уу, муудав уу? Улс орны ажил үйлс дээрдэв үү, дордов уу? Иргэдийн олдог орлого нэмэгдэв үү, хорогдов уу? 8 жилийн өмнө 20 мянган төгрөгөөр юу авдаг байв? Одоо тийм мөнгөтэй гараад юу авч байна вэ? Юмны үнэ яаж өсөв? Бензин шатахууны үнэ яаж нэмэгдэв? Хүмүүсийн эрүүл мэнд, амьжиргааны чанар юу болов? 

Ийм асуулт гарах бий гэж наад засаг чинь айж байна. Ард түмэн хариуцлага шаардах вий гэхээс сүнс нь зайлж байгаа юм. Та нарын амьдралыг та нараас нууж, дайсан бүтээж үзүүлж байна. Өөрийн чинь амьдралыг өөрөөс чинь нуух гэж оролдож, бусдыг харлуулж байна.

Нийгмийн өнгө царай үнс, утаа, хогтойгоо адил саарал бохир боллоо. Дайнд бөмбөгдүүлсэн гэмээр замын хонхор эвдрэлд хичнээн хүний амь нас, ажил амьдрал, машин унаа сүйдэв ээ? Жорлон дэлбэрчихсэн юм шиг үмхий замхай, үнэр танарт хот суурин нь дарагдлаа.Монгол төгрөгийн ханш цаас болтлоо уналаа. Ажил хийх тусам хохирдог, амьдрал мууддаг чөтгөрийн тойрогт бүгд орлоо. Ерөнхий сайдын эргэн тойрныхон л сайхан амьдарч байгаа байх. Бусдынх нь хэцүү байна. 

Монголыг "ардчиллын баян бүрд" биш боллоо гэж ярьж байна. Манай улсын эрх чөлөөний үзүүлэлт хүрэнтэж муудлаа. Хүний болон хэвлэлийн эрх чөлөөний байдал жил дараалан дордлоо. Монголын өрсөлдөх чадвар урьд өмнө байгаагүй уруудлаа. Авлигын үзүүлэлтээр ухарч хамгийн их авлига хулгайтай орноор тодорлоо. Гурван хүн тутмын хоёр нь "боломж олдвол гадагш гармаар байна" гэж яамных нь судалгаанд иргэд хариулж байна. 

Өнгөрсөн 8 жил эрх баригчид эрх мэдэл, мөнгө орлогооор дутаагүй. Харин ард иргэдийн амьдрал ахуйд тэр нь түй ч наалдсангүй. 8 жилд улсын төсөв л гэхэд 5 дахин нэмэгдэж, 500 хувиар өссөн. Дарга нарын идэж уудаг нь бүр хэдэн мянга дахин тэллээ. Улсын авлига хулгай улсынхаа эдийн засгаас илүү гарлаа. Хяналтгүй засагт хулгай төгсөрдөг. Хулгайчийг айлаас эрэхээр авдраасаа эр. Ерөнхий сайд өөрөөсөө хай. Эргэн тойрноосоо хай. Та нарын мэдэхгүй, оролцоогүй нэг ч хулгай Монголд байхгүй. Эрх чөлөөний үр жимсийг 1990 оноос хойш коммунистууд сорчилж хүртсэн. 

Дарга нар ийм юм яриулахгүй, харуулахгүй гэж ард түмнийхээ амыг барих, нүдийг таглах нь холгүй сандарч байна. Бохирыг нь долоогчдыг амаар нь гартал мөнгөөр цутгадаг, цатгадаг ажлыг мань Ерөнхий сайд өөрөө гардан хийж байна. Зарим нь зөвхөн гүтгэлэг, зохиол, кино эвлүүлэг хийж тэрбумтнууд болцгоосон. Ерөнхий сайдын ах Баатар гэж тэрбумтан бий. Амундра гэж мухар төмөр зам, нүүрсний хулгай, ардчиллыг гутаах мөнгөө багтааж ядсан тэр бумтан бий. Бохир голохгүй долоодог Нируны Батсайхан гэж бий. Эд бол Монгол хүний зовлонгоор зоологчид. Ямар ч дайсан монголчуудын оюун санаа, эв нэгдэл, эрх чөлөөнд эд нар шиг аюул тарьж чадаагүй.

Нарийндаа наадуул чинь амьжиргааныхаа унацтай эх үүсвэрээс салахгүйн тулд өнөөгийн засагтай нэг хөнжилд орсон. Хам хэрэгтнүүд болцгоосон. Илчлэгдэх вий гэж бүгд мөрөө баллаж яваа аймхай амьтад. Намайг наадуул чинь аюул гэж хардаг. Буруу уншдаг. Тэднээс би алба тушаал, шан харамж горьдохгүй. Ятгалаг гүтгэлэгтньавтахгүй. Үнэндээ бол эд Элбэгдоржийг биш Монголын ард түмнийг онилж байгаа юм. Тархи угаалтанд нь итгэнэ, автана гэж тооцож, доромжилж даажигнаж байгаа юм.

Эрх чөлөө бол хүний оюун санааны илэрхийллээр хэмжигддэг. Аливаа нийгмийн хөгжил дэвшил нь ард иргэдийнх нь чөлөөт сэтгэлгээ, өрсөлдөөн тэдний хоорондын идэвхтэй хэлэлцүүлэгээс үүддэг. Шударга ёс бол өөрөө эдийн засгийн агуулгатай ойлголт. Хүний өдөр тутмын ажил орлого, орчин боломжтой шууд холбогддог. 

Ардчиллын чанар бол амьдралын чанараар тодорхойлогддог. Амьсгалах агаар, уух ус, өвдвөл үзүүлэх эмнэлэг, гараад явахад зам талбай гээд. Ардчилал нэг өдөр доройтдоггүй, аажмаар түүнийг үхүүлдэг. Хүний амьдрал ч адилхан. Энэ байдал манайд ямар байна? Энэ тухайгаа ярилцахгүй юм уу? Хөөш, та нар арай дэндэж байна. Коммунизм байгуулах гэж улайрч байна. Социалист шорон луу хэн ч буцахыг хүсэхгүй. Ард олныг сөнөөж, албан тушаалаа хадгалах гэсэн адын санаа зөвхөн энэ хэдээс л гарна.

Дэлхий Монгол руу цувдаг, монголчууд эх нутагтаа тэмүүлдэг сайхан үе байсан. Ази Европын удирдагчид Улаанбаатарт ирж уулздаг, ололт амжилтыг нь шагшдаг гайхдаг байлаа. Ийм байсан улс өдгөө ямар болов оо? Өнгөрөгч 8 жилд юу болсныг мэдэх гэвэл хүмүүсийн амыг бүү барь. Асуултад нь хариуд. Нөгөө сайхан амлалтууд чинь юу болов? Надад, бидний ажил амьдралд яаж наалдав?гэж хүмүүс асууж байна. 

Сонгуулийн жилд ард түмнээ хайрладаг, бусад үед хаядаг байж болохгүй. Энэ хаваржингаа гишүүд, горилогчид, дарга нар яаж жүжиглэв? Малчдын эхнэрийг усанд оруулах нь холгүй хайр зарлаж гүйлдлээ. Хот суурин газрын зах дэлгүүрт ороод асуухад амьдрал өнгөрсөн хугацаанд ямар байгаад ямар болсныг хэлээд өгнө дөө. Хүмүүс хир их юм авч байна, худалдаа наймаа хир байна, хүнс бараа хэр зарагдаж байна гээд тэднээс асуу!

"Тартагтаа туллаа, идэж уухдаа ч хүрэхээ болилоо, ядарч туйлдаж байна, урагш явдаг ажил гэж алга, улс орон нүдэн дээр сүйрч байна..." гэж олон түмэн ярьж бичих боллоо. Татвар төлөгч аж ахуйн нэгжийн тоо дээд тал нь 270 мянгад хүрч байв. Тэдгээрийн 100 гаруй мянга нь алга болж. Үлдсэн хэдийнх нь тал илүү хувь нь өнгөрсөн жил "Х" тайлан гаргаж өгчээ. Тэд орлого олоогүй, татварт өгөх мөнгө алгаа гэсэн үг. Зөвхөн энэ тоо өнгөрсөн жилүүдэд хүмүүсийн амьдрал бизнес яаж доройтож сүйрч, алга болсныг харуулж байгаа юм. Ийм асуудлаа нээлттэй ярьж байж бид хүндрэлээс гарах арга замыг олно. Эрүүл мэтгэлцээн өрнөж байж Монгол улс гарц шийдэлтэй болно. "Хорь, тавь" гэсэн нэг шүгэлдэгчийг дагавал бид улам мухардалд орно. 

Сонгууль хаяанд ирлээ. Кино үзсээр байгаад дуусах уу? Энэ засагт бид ийм юм хийлээ, тийм юм босголоо, бүтээлээ гэж харуулах хэлэх юм байхгүй юу? "Улны" гэж өөрсдөө нэрлэдэг тэдгээр айл, хүний амьдралыг яах тухай ярихгүй юм уу? Оюун-Эрдэнээ чи тэр улны гээд байгаа айлаар орооч. Нэр дэвшигчдээ явуулаач. Заавал гял цал болсон луу, обуных руу уралдах хэрэггүй. Би төлөөлүүлж хэлж байна. Ор дэрээ зассан бэлдсэнд нь биш хэдэн төгрөг нь хоол ундандаа хүрч ядсан айл өрх захаас аваад байгаа. Би энэ засаг, эрх баригч нам, даргад нь нэг уриалга хэлье. Элбэгдорж гэдэг нэрийг Монголын ард түмэнд бүхэлд нь бүү нялзаа. Наадах чинь ээж аавын минь дуудсан миний л нэр. Ярих байсан бол та нарт хангалттай хугацаа байсан. Найман жил байсан. Харин надад та нар баярлаж яв. Үнэнийг чинь хэлдэг нэг ч болов Монгол хүн байгаад баярлаж яв. Монгол улсад хэрэгтэй. Монголыг Монголоос нуух гэж, хүний амьдралын хүндрэлийг хүнд харуулахгүй гэж чичрэхээ зогсоо. Үнэнтэй нүүр тул.

Би хоёрдахь санаагаа хэлье. Товчхон. Улсаа авч явах залуу үеийг, одоогийн Ардчилсан намыг надтай холбож гүтгэх хэрэггүй. Тэд намайг харлуулах гэж оролдож буй зүйлүүдтэй ямар ч холбоогүй. Зоригийн аллага ч адил. Тэр үед арав орчим настай байсан хүүхдүүд одоо гуч хол давсан, дөч эргэм насныхан болцгоосон. Дөрвөө дарсан ат гэдэг шиг ид ачаа үүрдэг, хийдэг бүтээдэг идэр үе. Энэ залуус улсынхаа төлөө, ард түмнийхээ төлөө сайн үйлс бүтээлцэхэд хувь нэмрээ оруулах эрхтэй. Тэд өөрийгөө олсон, амьдралдаа эзэн болсон хүмүүс. 

Би залуу үедээ итгэдэг. Тэд Эрдэнэтийн 49 хувь, Ачит эх, Бамбарууш кафе, 400 сая жуулчин, хорь тавь, хоолны хордлоготой холбоогүй. Тэднийг 87 оны Гүүглийн үлгэртэй ч бүү холбо. Би Монголдоо сайнаа үлдээнэ. Муугаа өөрөө хариуцаад явна. Би өөрийгөө мэднэ. Бид улсынхаа сайн сайхны төлөө зүтгээд муу хэлүүлдэг. Харин ленинчүүд улсаа хорлоод өөрсдийгөө магтацгаадаг.

Ардчилсан намын хувьд, би энэ намын улс төрөөс явсан. Ер нь ч Монголын улс төрөөс хол байхаа зарласан. Би бусдын адил нам улс төртэй эргэж зууралдаагүй. Энд тэнд Монголд ажил, албан тушаал горилоогүй. Оюу толгойн ТУЗ, доллар мөнгө эргүүлж гүйгээгүй. Надад одоогийн миний хийж байгаа ажил, үүрэг оролцоо хангалттай. Би Монголынхоо нэрийг сайнаар гаргахыг хичээнэ. Монголыг хорлож байгаа этгээдүүдтэй эвлэрэхгүй. Хэнээр ч хэлүүлэхгүй би Монголдоо хэрэгтэй үед нь тус дэм болж чадна. Би Монголоо бүтнээр нь харж яваа. Монголын сайн сайхны төлөө хэнтэй ч хамтарч ажиллаж чадна. 

Төгсгөлд нь, хуулийн холбогдох асуудлаар; Нэг, хоёр, гурав гээд хэлье.

Нэгт. Монгол улсын хуулийн байгууллага намайг хангалттай шалгасан. Ерөнхийлөгчийн албан тушаалаа хашиж байх сүүлийн хоёр жилийн турш надаас тодорхой асуудлаар тодруулга, тайлбар авч шалгаж байсан. Ажил албаа хүлээлгэж өгснөөс хойш 5 жил тасралтгүй шалгасан. Би улс төрийн албанд 27 настай орсон. 27 жил ажиллаад улс төрөөс явсан. 

Миний нэр, алхсан гишгэсэн алхам бүрийг хөндлөнгийн улс төр, эрх баригчид, хууль хяналт алдалгүй дагадаг байсан. Би хэзээ ч хуулиас зугатаж байгаагүй. Дуудсан асуусан цагт нь очдог, үргэлж хуульд хүндэтгэлтэй хандаж ирсэн. Харин ч би сайн шалгаг, шалгах нь зөв гэж үзсэн. Монголын хууль, мэргэшсэн албаныхан миний хар цагааныг ялгасан. Шалгаж дууссан. "Хууль зөрчсөн зүйл алга, Та чөлөөтэй ажлаа хий, явж болно" гэсэн. 

Хоёрт. Одоо ярьж байгаа, намайг гүтгэж байгаа зүйлд үнэн юм байхгүй. Цэвэр өс хонзон, улс төр, пиар л байгаа. Хуулийн байгууллага, ажилтныг бүү хөлдөө чир. Бохир зорилгодоо, улс төрд ашиглахыг зогсоо. Би 2017 онд Төрийн Тэргүүний ажлаа өгсөн. Харин Монголоо, монголчуудаа өмөөрөх ажлаа хийсээр яваа. Би дэлхийд байгаа 10 сая Монгол хүний соёл уламжлал, хэл бичиг, үндсэн эрхийн төлөө дуу хоолойгоо нэгтгэж, хувь нэмрээ оруулж ирсэн. 

Одоо би Дэлхийн Монголчуудын Холбооны Ерөнхийлөгч. Бидний үсэрсэн цус, тасарсан мах Монгол хүн, Монгол хүн байх эрхээ бүрэн эдлэх ёстой гэж би үздэг. Би тэднийг дайны талбарт бусдын өмнүүр бамбай болж хэдэн зуу, мянгаараа амь насаа алдахыг, шархдаж эрэмдэг зэрэмдэг болохыг дуугүй хараад сууж чадахгүй. Хайран Монгол хүн, амь амьдрал гэж шархирч явдаг. Би тэдний төлөө дуугардаг. Дэлхийн хамтын нийгэмлэгт дуу хоолойгоо хүргэдэг. Эрх нь зөрчигдөж байгаа нэг ч Монгол хүнд болов би тус нэмэртэй байхыг хичээдэг. 

Би дэлхий нийтийн энх тайван, эрх чөлөө, ардчилал, хүний эрх, хүний амьд явах эрх, байгаль орчин, сайн сайхны төлөө хэд хэдэн Олон улсын нэр хүндтэй байгууллагад ажилладаг. Тодорхой хувь нэмэр оруулж ажил хариуцдаг. Намайг тэд Монгол хүн гэж хардаг, үнэлдэг. Монголын Цахиагийн ЭЛБЭГДОРЖ гэж дууддаг. Би хөдөлмөрийн гэрээтэй, хүлээсэн үүрэгтэй, амралт ажлын цаг ялгахгүй, заримдаа шөнө өдөргүй ажилладаг. 

Гуравт. Би дуудсан ч, дуудаагүй ч Эх орондоо очих үедээ очно. Хамгийн сүүлд би Монголоос 2023 оны 9 сард ажил албаа гүйцэтгэхээр явсан. Хилийн дээс алхаад найман сар л болж байна. Би нутаг оронтойгоо үргэлж холбоотой. Нутгаа их санадаг. Ойр дотныхон, анд нөхөд, сайн санаатнууд, Монгол гэсэн бүхнийг санадаг. 

Дахин хэлье, намайг Монгол дуудаж байгаа бол очно. Харин гадны зараалаар дуудаж байгаа бол би бодно. Би одоогоор гадны хатгаасаар намайг оролдож байна гэж харж байна. Надад ингэж бодох хангалттай шалтгаан үндэслэл бий. Намайг улс төрийн зорилгоор яллах гэж байгаа бол би тийм зорилгод үйлчлэхийг буруу гэж үзнэ. Монголоо гэх, эрх чөлөө, энхийг эрхэмлэх, бусдыг гэсэн миний дуу хоолойг дарах гэж, зогсоох гэж ир гэж байгаа бол би тэдний хүссэнээр хөдлөхгүй.

THREE POINTS ON POLITICAL DEVELOPMENTS IN MONGOLIA: (8 years, Democratic Party, Policy)

Hello all,

People are speaking as if they were captives in Oyun-Erden's house. They say there's no freedom and even watching the TV has become a challenge. And I've heard that somehow I've become the largest employer in Mongolia. Paid trolls and bots are everywhere. As soon as I start speaking, they begin attacking me, saying, 'Come back and be investigated.' I'll address that later. For now, let me focus on the following three points.

Firstly, what is the country like today compared to eight years ago?

Have people's livelihoods improved or worsened in the past eight years? Has the country been governed better or worse? Has the income of citizens increased or decreased? What could we purchase with 20,000 Tugriks eight years ago, and what can we get with the same amount now? How much have prices risen for everything? Where has the surge in petrol prices led us? What impact has it had on people's health and quality of life?

This government is fearful of such questions being raised. They are terrified by the prospect of people demanding accountability. They are concealing your life from you and fabricating enemies to divert your attention. They attempt to hinder your ability to perceive the truth about your life by painting others negatively.

The complexion of our society has turned grey and grimy, resembling the ash, smoke, and litter that pervade our capital city. How many lives, livelihoods, and vehicles are being ravaged by the potholes and damages on our roads, as if bombs struck them in a war? Our city is inundated with stench and odor as if a massive toilet had exploded. The value of the Mongolian tugrik has plummeted to mere paper. Everyone is trapped in a vicious cycle where the harder one works, the more one loses, and the worse one's life becomes. Only those around the Prime Minister must be living well. It is difficult for everyone else.

People say Mongolia is no longer a 'democratic oasis.' The country's freedom index has deteriorated, and human and press freedom has worsened yearly. Mongolia's competitiveness has declined significantly, and in terms of corruption indexes, ours is among the most corrupt and theft-ridden. According to a survey conducted by the relevant ministry, two out of three people would leave if given the opportunity.

The authorities have wielded abundant power and resources in the past eight years. However, this has not translated into improvements in the people's lives. Over eight years, the state budget has increased by five times, a staggering 500 percent. Yet, the prevalence of corruption and embezzlement by those in power has skyrocketed and increased a thousand times. State corruption and theft now exceed the total size of the country's economy. 

In an environment where government oversight is lacking, theft thrives unchecked. The Prime Minister should begin by scrutinizing his inner circle and examining his actions rather than searching for scapegoats. There is not a single instance of theft in Mongolia that they are not aware of or have not been complicit in. Since 1990, it is only the communists who have reaped the top cherry of freedom at the expense of the people.

Out of panic, the authorities are resorting to extreme measures to silence dissent and deceive the people in a desperate attempt to prevent them from speaking out and seeing the truth. Our Prime Minister ensures his loyal cronies are well-fed with money until it practically spills from their lips. Some of his followers have become billionaires solely by fabricating slanders, concocting stories, and crafting fantastical fairy tales to attack others and manipulate public opinion. 

The Prime Minister's brother, Baatar, is one such billionaire. A fellow named Amundra enriched himself as a billionaire through projects like the dead-end railway, coal theft, and receiving money in exchange for defaming democracy. And then there's Nirun's Batsaikhan, who wouldn't hesitate to stoop to any level for cash. These are the individuals who get fat by feasting on the suffering of the Mongol people. No enemy could threaten the spirit, unity, and freedom of the Mongols like these.

In fact, these individuals have aligned themselves with the current administration to safeguard their abundant source of livelihood. They became accomplices. They are all cowards erasing their footprints out of fear of being exposed. They see me as a threat, but they misread me. I do not seek positions or honors from them. Their persuasion and slanders won’t sway me. Their target isn't Elbegdorj; it's the people of Mongolia. They assume that the people will trust them and succumb to their brainwashing, but in doing so, they are insulting and mocking the people.

The expression of the human mind gauges freedom. The advancement and prosperity of any society stem from free thinking and competition among its people, coupled with open discussion. Justice, in essence, is an economic principle. People's daily labor and income are intricately linked to their workplaces and opportunities.

The quality of life determines the quality of democracy, encompassing essentials like clean air to breathe, safe water to drink, accessible hospitals for healthcare, and well-maintained roads for transportation. Democracy doesn't deteriorate overnight; it decays slowly, much like human life. How is our country faring in this regard? Aren't we going to address this? Come on, you guys are way too much. They're already fervently driving towards a communist agenda. Nobody wants to regress to the prison of socialism. The diabolical notion of sacrificing the people to cling to their positions could only originate from this mob.

There was a time when the world flocked to Mongolia, and Mongolians headed back for their homeland. Leaders from Asia and Europe would gather in Ulaanbaatar and admire our achievements. What has the country, like that back then, turned into now? Don't shut people up if you want to know what happened in the last eight years. Answer their questions instead. What happened to those fancy promises of yours? People are asking how they benefitted me and our well-being.

You cannot claim to love your people only during an election year and then abandon them at other times. How have the MPs, those seeking positions, and leaders performed this spring? In declaring their love for herders, they went as far as helping a herder's wife to a bath. Go to the markets in towns and enquire around, and they will tell you how life has changed from what it used to be. Ask them about the buying trends, the state of businesses, and how food and products sell!

"We're impoverished and barely earning enough to eat and drink anymore. I'm exhausted. No work lifts me. The country is collapsing before my eyes..." This is what the masses are talking and writing about. The number of tax-paying enterprises had reached 270,000 before. More than 100,000 of them have now disappeared. Over half of the remaining ones submitted "X" reports last year, indicating they have no income or money to pay taxes. This number shows how people's lives and businesses have deteriorated and disappeared over the past years. By openly discussing such problems, we can find a way out of difficulties. Mongolia will find solutions only through healthy debates. If we follow a lone mouthpiece and shout 'Twenty Fifty,' we will only draw closer to a dead-end.

Elections are around the corner. Do the fabricated stories still entertain you until the end? Isn't there anything in this government that shows us what they have done and what they have built? Will they not talk about the lives of those families and people they called 'ones beneath the sole'? Oyun-Erdene, you should visit the family of someone who is 'beneath the soul.' Or send your loyalists who are seeking candidacy. Don't rush to the glamorous obuns or well-to-do ones. I'm just drawing an illustration. Don’t just visit those who receive you with comfort and deference; there are plenty of families whose earnings aren’t enough for them to eat. Go there and see with your own eyes how families have changed from what they used to be. 

We need to change the fact that when elections are coming, you flock to visit people, only to forget about them in the following four years. I wrote an article entitled '09' discussing what should be done regarding this. I will be sharing it soon.

I want to appeal to this government, the ruling party, and its leaders. Don't associate the name Elbegdorj with the entire Mongolian people. It is the name my parents used to call me, and it is mine alone. If you had to talk about me, you had enough time. You had eight years. It would help if you folks were grateful to me. It would be best if you were happy that at least one Mongol tells you the truth about yourself. Mongolia needs this. Stop tremblingly trying to hide Mongolia from Mongolia and concealing the difficulties of people’s lives from themselves. Face the truth.

Let me get to my second point briefly. There's no need to slander the youth who will lead the country and the current Democratic Party by associating with me. They have nothing to do with the things you're using to demonize me. The same goes for the murder case of Zorig. Those who were children of about ten back then are now way past thirty and are close to forty. They are at the prime age for carrying heavy burdens and getting things done like ‘a four-year-old camel.’ These young people have the right to contribute to the well-being of their country and its people. They are individuals who have found themselves and are masters of their lives.

I place my trust in the youth. They are not associated with the 49 percent of Erdenet, Achit Ikh, Bambaruush Cafe, 400 million tourists, twenty-fifty, or food poisoning. Don't even link them with the Google saga of '87. I will dedicate my best to Mongolia and handle my worst alone. I know myself. We work for the good of our country and are unjustly spoken about. But Leninists glorify themselves while harming the country.

As far as the Democratic Party is concerned, I have distanced myself from its politics. I have announced my intention to stay away from politics in Mongolia altogether. Unlike others, I have no desire to cling to party affiliations and political positions. I did not chase after opportunities for jobs and positions inside of Mongolia. I did not seek a place on the Board of Directors of Oyu Tolgoi or chase after dollars. I am content with the work I am doing and the responsibilities I have assumed. I will strive to bring justice to my country, Mongolia. I will not tolerate those who work to harm Mongolia. I will assist Mongolia whenever it needs help without anyone telling me. For the good of Mongolia, I am willing to work with anyone.

Finally, regarding relevant legal issues, let me address them in three steps.

First, the legal system in Mongolia has conducted thorough investigations on me. During the last two years of holding the office of the President, I was asked for clarifications and explanations on specific issues. I have been continuously investigated during the five years following my departure from office. I entered politics at 27 and served for 27 years before stepping away.

The country, government, and legal authorities oversaw my deeds and every step I took. I have never evaded the law. I went there on time and always respected our legal system whenever I called. On the contrary, I believed it was right to investigate thoroughly, and they should investigate well. The Mongolian legal system and professionals have reasonably concluded their investigation on me and told me, "There is no violation of the law; you are free to go and do your work."

Second. The slanders directed toward me hold no truth; they are fuelled solely by revenge, politics, and PR tactics. Let's refrain from dragging law enforcement and its employees into this fray. Using them for nefarious purposes and political gain must cease. Though my term as the Head of State ended in 2017, my commitment to defending Mongolia's honor and the dignity of Mongols persists. I lend my voice and efforts to promoting the culture, traditions, scripture language, and fundamental rights of the 10 million Mongols worldwide.

As the President of the World Mongol Federation, I firmly believe that our fellow Mongols, sharing the same blood and flesh as we do, should also have the right to claim their Mongolian identity. I cannot stand idly by as those ethnic minorities are used as canon fodder-human shields, sacrificing hundreds and thousands of lives, resulting in injuries and disabilities. My heart aches for the loss of my fellow Mongols and their suffering. I speak out on their behalf, amplifying their voices to the global community. I endeavor to assist any Mongol whose rights are violated.

I am engaged in several international organizations dedicated to global peace, freedom, democracy, human rights, right to life. Environmental protection and the well-being of humanity. Within these organizations, I make significant contributions and undertake various responsibilities. They recognize and appreciate me as a representative of Mongolia, known as Mongolyin Tsakhiagiin ELBEGDORJ. Under my employment contract, I have specific duties, and I am committed to fulfilling them diligently. I do not adhere strictly to regular working hours; sometimes, I work around the clock to advance our shared objectives.

Third. I will return to my country whenever I wish, regardless of whether anyone asks me to. I last traveled out of Mongolia in September 2023 to fulfill my duties. It has only been eight months since I crossed the border. I am always in touch with my homeland, and I miss it dearly. I long for my relatives, friends, well-wishers, and everything about Mongolia.

I reiterate: I will go without hesitation if Mongolia calls for me. However, if the call is on behalf of foreign adversaries, I will think twice. I know they are targeting me under orders from outside players, and I have ample reason to believe so. If they aim to silence me for political gain, I consider it unjust to allow them to succeed. If they seek to suppress my voice as advocating for Mongols and Mongolia for freedom, peace, and other values, I will not comply with their wishes.

Once more, I affirm that I will return to Mongolia. I have to find spaces in my schedule. I extend my best wishes for fruitful meetings ahead. Thank you.
